Parmesan e Pepe

Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • cilantro, to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the spaghetti per package directions
  • Drain the spaghetti, saving some pasta water
  • In a pot, combine the butter & fresh garlic & let cook on medium until browned
  • Begin adding the parmesan cheese & remaining pasta water to the pot & combine
  • Add ground pepper, to taste & combine
  • Add cooked spaghetti pasta & combine all ingredients together
  • Garnish with cilantro, to taste & enjoy!
