Mini Lamb Burger Sliders

Ingredients
Mini Lamb Burger Sliders
- 1 LB of Ground Lamb
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tsp. Sage
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Grated Apple
- ½ Red onion
- Mint to taste
- Arugula to taste
- Goat Cheese to taste
- Truffle Salt to taste
Avocado Spread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add ground lamb and seasonings into a mixing bowl.
- Peel and grate the green apple into the meat mixture.
- Chop the mint leaves finely and add to the mixture, combine.
- Heat pan over medium heat, add canola oil.
- Make flattened mini patties from the meat mixture and place on a heated pan. Cook until browned on each side. Turn down the heat when fully cooked.
- Slice and mash the avocado to create a spread.
- Add a squeeze of lime, sea salt, olive oil & combine.
- Slice the brioche buns & spread with butter.
- On another cast iron, place the buns butter side down & toast lightly.
- Slice the red onion into rings for a topping.
- Begin to assemble your mini lamb burgers with the avocado spread, goat cheese, lamb patty, arugula, red onion, tomato & truffle salt.
