Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Wash & slice the fresh strawberries.
Combine the flour, sugar & salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add the melted butter & combine until a dough is made.
Spread the dough evenly into a baking pan, poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
Bake for 25-30 mins. until golden brown & let cool completely.
Beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until you see stiff peaks (5-7 mins.)
In a separate mixing bowl, add the cream cheese & sugar & combine with the hand mixer.
Zest & juice one lemon, add vanilla extract & combine.
Add the peaked heavy cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture & fold until combined.
Add the combined mixture to the cooled crust, then begin adding the fresh sliced strawberries.
Top with warmed strawberry preserves & enjoy!
