Quick and healthy fruit and veggie smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Strawberries
  • 1 Frozen Organic Banana
  • 1 cup Organic Spinach or Kale
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Cover with water or Coconut water.
  • Blend well.

Notes

The Vitamix Blender is a definite winner but any great blender will do!
