The Viral Retinol Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup Carrots thinly sliced
  • ½ Fresh Lime juice
  • 1 Tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
  • ½ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Honey or agave optional
  • Freshly grated ginger to taste
  • Fresh Green Onion to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium salad bowl, add the carrots in as the base ingredient of the retinol salad.
  • Add the following ingredients to the salad bowl and toss to combine: lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, honey (or agave), and freshly grated ginger.
  • Top with thinly chopped green onions, and additional sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
