In a small cast iron skillet, melt butter to coat the pan.
Add a single serving of ‘The Cool Cookie’, our sweet and salty collaboration vegan cookie dough flavor with EatPastry! Make sure it’s softened before adding to the skillet. With a wooden spoon, begin to break up the softened cookie dough into small pieces, similar to a scrambled egg!
Cook the cookie dough until it is golden brown, and has a good crunchy consistency.
Remove the cookie dough from the skillet and place into a bowl.
Top with the following ingredients: vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and pitted amarena cherries.
