Strawberry & Arugula Salad with Toasted Almonds & Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups of Fresh Arugula
  • 1 Cup Sliced strawberries
  • ¼ Cup Toasted chopped almonds
  • Feta Cheese to taste
  • Fresh Dill chopped + to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small cast iron skillet, toast almonds in a dry pan until golden, 3–4 minutes in the oven.
  • Toss the fresh arugula, sliced strawberries, and toasted chopped almonds in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Enjoy!
