Preheat the oven to 300 degrees, place the french baguette in the oven until crisp & golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Prep your ingredients by chopping the following: Fresh basil, thyme, and tomatoes.
Begin making the marinade for the tomatoes by combining the following ingredients: Balsamic vinegar, champagne vinegar, honey, avocado oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine completely.
Mince the garlic into the marinade mixture, then add the freshly chopped herbs, whisking to combine completely.
Add the halved tomatoes into the marinade, and let set for at least 30mins before plating.
Remove the french baguette from the oven, slice into bite sized pieces.
Plate the marinated tomatoes, top with red onion, burrata cheese, drizzle the marinated over, sprinkle some fresh herbs, and add the baguette slices on the side.
