Lamb Mini Sliders

  • 1 Cast Iron Skillet
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Small mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Ground Lamb
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tsp. Sage
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Green Apple grated
  • 1 Tsp. Fresh Mint
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 Avocado mashed
  • ½ Lime juice
  • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Arugula to taste
  • Goat Cheese to taste
  • Tomato sliced, to taste
  • Truffle Salt to taste
  • Mini Brioche Burger Buns

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground lamb, spices, dijon mustard, grated green apple & fresh mint, combine
  • Heat cast iron skillet to a medium heat & coat with canola oil evenly
  • Create mini burger patties & flatten out on on the skillet
  • Cook meat until browned on both sides
  • While the lamb burgers are cooking, begin making the guacamole to top the sliders with
  • In a separate bowl, slice & mash the avocado
  • Add lime juice, sea salt & olive oil to guacamole mixture
  • Chop the red onion, pop out the middle
  • Slice & butter the mini brioche buns
  • Heat the buns face down on skillet until toasted
  • Assemble the mini lamb sliders topped with guacamole, goat cheese, onion, arugula & sprinkle with truffle salt
