How to Elevate Your Leftover Soup Game

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups of any leftover soup
  • 1 Cup of Vegan Bone Broth Elixir from Owl Venice
  • Freshly chopped chives to taste
  • Red Pepper flakes to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the following ingredients: any savory leftover soup (this one is roasted red pepper & cauliflower), vegan bone broth elixir, stirring to combine completely.
  • Bring the soup to a simmer, then remove from the stove.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl to serve, top with the following ingredients: freshly chopped chives, red pepper flakes, and extra virgin olive oil.
