Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Fresh brussel sprouts ⁠
  • Olive oil⁠ to taste
  • Garlic cloves minced⁠ & to taste
  • Lemon zested & squeezed⁠
  • Salt & black pepper to taste⁠
  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated & to taste
  • Hot honey to taste

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.⁠
  • Wash & half the fresh brussel sprouts.⁠
  • Coat the brussel sprouts with olive oil & add in the minced garlic.⁠
  • Zest one lemon & squeeze in juice. ⁠
  • Add salt & pepper, to taste & toss ingredients evenly. ⁠
  • Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet halved side down & bake for 10-15 mins. ⁠
  • Remove from the oven, add some freshly grated parmesan cheese.⁠
  • Turn over the brussel sprouts before baking again for another 10-15 mins, or until edges are golden brown. ⁠
  • Remove from the oven, add remaining parmesan, hot honey & enjoy! ⁠
