Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Let the dough sit in olive oil for about 5-10 minutes.
Coat the cast iron skillet with butter.
In a blender, combine the canned marzano tomatoes, honey, spices, and fresh basil.
Remove the pizza dough from the olive oil bath and roll flat on a cutting board.
Add the pizza dough to the cast iron skillet, top with the pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven until the mozzarella cheese is caramelized and golden brown (about 10-15 minutes).
Remove from the oven, let cool, and top with fresh parsley.
