Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Broccoli steamed
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Spice Mix
  • ½ Tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • ¼ Red Onion
  • 1 Small Bunch of Cilantro
  • 2 Pie Crusts

Instructions

  • Melt butter in pan & saute chopped onion~
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees~
  • Add eggs into bowl and whisk
  • Add milk, garlic & spices into eggs
  • Add cooked onions & broccoli into eggs
  • Add cheese & cilantro
  • ~MIX~
  • Pour mixture into crusts & top with cheese
  • Cook for 40-45 mins
