The Cool Cookie Scramble Sundae
Ingredients
- ‘The Cool Cookie’ Salted Pretzel & White Chocolate Cookie Dough (single serving)
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream
- Drizzle of Caramel sauce for topping
- Drizzle of Chocolate sauce for topping
- 1-2 Pitted Amarena Cherry for topping
- Butter to taste (to coat cast iron skillet)
Instructions
- In a small cast iron skillet, melt butter to coat the pan.
- Add a single serving of ‘The Cool Cookie’, our sweet and salty collaboration vegan cookie dough flavor with EatPastry! Make sure it’s softened before adding to the skillet.
- With a wooden spoon, begin to break up the softened cookie dough into small pieces, similar to a scrambled egg!
- Cook the cookie dough until it is golden brown, and has a good crunchy consistency.
- Remove the cookie dough from the skillet and place into a bowl.
- Top with the following ingredients: vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and pitted amarena cherries.
