The Cool Cookie Scramble Sundae

Ingredients

  • ‘The Cool Cookie’ Salted Pretzel & White Chocolate Cookie Dough (single serving)
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream
  • Drizzle of Caramel sauce for topping
  • Drizzle of Chocolate sauce for topping
  • 1-2 Pitted Amarena Cherry for topping
  • Butter to taste (to coat cast iron skillet)

Instructions

  • In a small cast iron skillet, melt butter to coat the pan.
  • Add a single serving of ‘The Cool Cookie’, our sweet and salty collaboration vegan cookie dough flavor with EatPastry! Make sure it’s softened before adding to the skillet.
  • With a wooden spoon, begin to break up the softened cookie dough into small pieces, similar to a scrambled egg!
  • Cook the cookie dough until it is golden brown, and has a good crunchy consistency.
  • Remove the cookie dough from the skillet and place into a bowl.
  • Top with the following ingredients: vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and pitted amarena cherries.
  • Enjoy!
