I struggle drinking water. Even though I’m an athlete, it’s super hard for me to get my 8 glasses+ in.
One meal you could eat everyday?
Tacos, chips and guac – every day, no problem.
One vice you wont give up?
Guilty pleasure TV shows. I usually get to catch up on them while traveling.
Late riser or early bird?
Late riser.
Morning routine you swear by?
Writing in my gratitude journal.
