Peel & devein your Shrimp
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat
Begin cooking Basmati Rice
Pour Coconut Oil into skillet & spread
Add Shrimp to skillet & cook until both sides are pink (2-3 mins each side)
Chop up Cilantro finely
Add 2 tbsp of Butter
Add 1 clove of Garlic (chopped)
Season with 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
Add 1 tbsp Sea Salt
Add 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
~MIX~
Take Basmati Rice off & let cook off heat for 10 mins
Add 1 can Coconut Milk to skillet over high heat
Add 1 tbsp Ginger
Add ½ Lime Juice to skillet
Add ¼ Cup Green Onion
Add 1 Tbsp Sriracha
Top with more Cilantro, Lime & Green Onion
