Parmesan e Pepe
Ingredients
- 1 package spaghetti pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- ground pepper, to taste
- cilantro, to taste
Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti per package directions
- Drain the spaghetti, saving some pasta water
- In a pot, combine the butter & fresh garlic & let cook on medium until browned
- Begin adding the parmesan cheese & remaining pasta water to the pot & combine
- Add ground pepper, to taste & combine
- Add cooked spaghetti pasta & combine all ingredients together
- Garnish with cilantro, to taste & enjoy!
