Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- Fresh brussel sprouts
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic cloves minced & to taste
- Lemon zested & squeezed
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese freshly grated & to taste
- Hot honey to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash & half the fresh brussel sprouts.
- Coat the brussel sprouts with olive oil & add in the minced garlic.
- Zest one lemon & squeeze in juice.
- Add salt & pepper, to taste & toss ingredients evenly.
- Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet halved side down & bake for 10-15 mins.
- Remove from the oven, add some freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Turn over the brussel sprouts before baking again for another 10-15 mins, or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, add remaining parmesan, hot honey & enjoy!
