5 Minute High-Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- Dash of Vanilla Extract Optional for sweetness
- Melted Butter to taste (Topping)
- Maple Syrup to taste (Topping)
- Strawberries to taste (Topping)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the following ingredients: cottage cheese, old fashioned oats, eggs, and salt. (Optional to add vanilla extract for a hint of sweetness).
- Blend until the mixture is smoothed completely.
- Coat a non stick skillet with butter over medium heat.
