Ingredients

  • 3 corn cobs roasted to perfection⁠
  • zest + juice of 2 limes ⁠
  • fresh cilantro chopped⁠
  • 1 heaping tbsp of organic mayo ⁠
  • 1/2 tsp tajin seasoning⁠
  • 1/2 tsp chili & lime seasoning⁠
  • 1 heaping tbsp of cotija cheese⁠
  • salt to taste⁠

Instructions

  • Roast the cobs of corn and let cool.
