Ready for a sweet treat? This yummy goodness is the perfect pick me up to any afternoon. They are quick and delicious, bite – sized, perfect for big or little hands! I like to make these for the week and have them on hand to snack on after a work out or after school for the kids. Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- ½ Cup Flaxseed
- 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Cup Almond Butter heat for 30 seconds
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ Cup Raisins chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Pecans chopped
- ⅓ Cup Chocolate Chips optional
- 1 Tbsp. Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Combine oatmeal, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, & salt together in a bowl
- In a separate bowl add heated almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract & combine
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & combine
- Add the raisins, pecans & chocolate chips to the oat mixture, combine
- Refrigerate the oat mixture for 30 minutes & create bite-sized balls
- Top with flaky salt, to taste
