Golden Milk, Known as Haaldi Doodh
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Whole Organic Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- A Sprinkle of Black Pepper
- A Touch of Fresh Grated Ginger
- A Dab of Ghee
- Honey to taste
Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients in a saucepan together except the honey.
- Once it comes to a boil let it sit and then add your honey to taste.
Tips from Falguni:
- When my kids are really sick, I take just a teaspoon of turmeric and a touch of pepper with honey and make them have that.
- For an amazing shortcut and hack I use Spicewell pepper which has turmeric and other ingredients in it built in!
