Cowboy Candy
Ingredients
- 3-4 Fresh Jalapeños
- 1/2 Cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar I used half white & brown
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Slice your jalapeños, wear gloves if sensitive to seeds.
- Add apple cider vinegar, sugar & spices to a pot.
- Once combined, add the jalapeños to the mixture & bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and place all contents in a mason jar & let cool.
- Enjoy as a topping, or simply by itself!
