Can you tell us a secret no one would guess about you?
One secret no one would guess about me is that I’m slightly psychic. I connect the dots, certain things make sense to me. I’m great at reading other people’s energy and I can see other’s potential, it’s so clear to me! I treat people as if they are already their full potential, which can be unnerving for them if they’re not mentally there yet. I look for connections with people who are on the same vibe or wavelength as me, people who just get it!
One meal you could eat everyday?
TACOS! Any and all varieties of them…Tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner please!
One vice you won’t give up?
Coffee!
Late riser or early bird?
I feel like a LOT of my creativity and inspiration comes out in the night. If I’m feeling that vibe or I’m in the mode of creation, whether it’s relating to manifestation, work or even painting; I will then find the time to sleep in the early hours of the morning. But I do set my own boundaries in terms of silencing my phone early in the night, even if I’m not going to sleep until later.
Morning routine you swear by?
So I’m not really a routine person in some ways, but I do have to do a variety of certain things daily. I like to keep things fresh so I don’t get bored. I’ve really enjoyed listening to a meditation in the mornings before my day really starts. It’s the best when I’m still in bed and my brain hasn’t totally clicked on, it makes it easier to fall into it I think.
One day I hope…
One day I hope that the leaders of the world will consider the impact of humanity over their short term wealth. I hope that we can truly live in some version in the United States where women TRULY have equal say, equal power in every sector that exists. In business, government, academia, spirituality; across the board true representation of women…that would be incredible! So that’s what we’re going to try to manifest.
More the merrier or less is more?

When everything is considered from start to finish, or even if there’s an amazing creative director who’s really hands on and likes to tell people stories. Actually, Lizzy (Founder of The Cool Mom Co. ) and I have a show coming out soon! It’s all about parenthood and making over their spaces with honest, organic and clean materials. As well as other movies and shows premiering on Netflix!
