Cowboy Candy

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Fresh Jalapeños ⁠
  • 1/2 Cup Apple cider vinegar ⁠
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar I used half white & brown ⁠
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Salt ⁠

Instructions

  • Slice your jalapeños⁠, wear gloves if sensitive to seeds.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, sugar & spices to a pot. ⁠
  • Once combined, add the jalapeños to the mixture & bring to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat and place all contents in a mason jar & let cool.⁠
  • Enjoy as a topping, or simply by itself!
