One secret no one would guess about you?
One secret no one would guess about me is, that I used to have a speech impediment. I couldn’t pronounce my R’s and TH’s. I had to learn technically how to speak, pronounce and enunciate correctly.
One meal you could eat everyday?
I LOVE food so every meal, but I would have to say breakfast for sure, salad & french fries.
One vice you won’t give up?
TV.
Late riser or early bird?
Early bird!
Morning routine you swear by?
I feel like right now I wake up, open the blinds and light a candle. Then I either open a window or door to let natural fresh air in. I then wash my face and put my contacts in. I like having a small routine of my environment and personal space…and of course coffee.
One day I hope…
I feel like I’m living it right now, I always would have answered this as I want to be a mom doing what I love. So now, I hope to give birth again in my home surrounded by the people I love.
More the merrier or less is more?
I had 10 people in the room for the birth of my son…So more the merrier!
Cool brands you love?
Ashley Joi, Tot, and currently I love Nestegg.
On the horizon: what’s coming soon?
I will have a 5 month old in 2 weeks, life is coming! I plan on creating a community for moms in the fitness space of prenatal & postnatal. As well as a therapy support group, I’m in a support group now & we end our 10 weeks tomorrow. I invited them to my place and about 8 moms showed up. I feel like I have that in me, that in a place of vulnerability of moms at different stages are still open to come into my personal space, that’s a gift.
