Beef and Butternut Squash Stew

This yummy stew will surely warm you up with hearty and flavorful ingredients.

Cook Time 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef bone broth (or beef broth)
  • 1 tbsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground pepper (or to taste)
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place everything into pot except for ground beef. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook until veggies are tender, about an hour. Add ground beef and cook another 20 minutes or so.
  • Add chopped parsley for garnish.
