A couple of weeks ago I realized that breakfast time for my family was extremely routine. We usually only eat our staples, like oatmeal and fruit, yogurt and granola and occasionally a waffle on the go. We obviously needed more quick and easy options for our weekly mornings. Insert muffin emoji here! They are super quick to make and even easier to grab in the mornings. With two ripe bananas already on the counter, this was perfect, done and done!
